Fit & Performance

Which size should I order?

We fit true to size across most styles. If you're between sizes, size up. Flared leggings and shorts run one size small — please size up for these styles.

Is it squat-proof?

Yes. Our fabrics are tested for opacity through full range of movement — squats, lunges, stretches. No see-through, no surprises.

How does it hold up in Indian heat?

Very well. The fabric is lightweight and moisture-wicking, designed to stay breathable and dry in humid, hot conditions — perfect for getting through a Delhi summer.

Does it lose shape after washing?

No. Our fabrics are built to retain shape and elasticity wash after wash. It's best to cold wash and air dry to keep your pieces lasting longer.

How long does delivery take?

Prepaid orders are processed within 24–48 hours and delivered within 3–7 working days across India. We also ship internationally.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and UPI. Please note that we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Returns & Exchanges

1-Time Free Exchange
We offer one free size or product exchange per order if requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and unwashed with tags intact.
Unboxing Video Requirement
If you receive a missing or incorrect item, please record a clear unboxing video while opening your package to help us quickly resolve your concern.

7-Day Window

Return and exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Flash Sale Orders

Orders placed during a Flash Sale are completely non-refundable and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

50%+ Discounts & Combos

Items bought at 50% or more discount, or part of B1G1/B2G1 offers, are eligible for size exchanges only.

Reverse Pickups

We arrange a reverse pickup from your address (up to 3 attempts within 24–48 hours of your request).

Non-Serviceable Areas

If pickup isn't available at your pin code, self-ship via India Post and we will reimburse ₹70 once it passes quality check.

Refund Timeline

Prepaid refunds go back to your original payment method within 48 hours of pickup. It may take 7–10 working days to reflect.

General Guidelines

To ensure your request passes our quality standards, items must be:

  • Completely unused and unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With all original clothing tags fully intact
  • Accompanied by an order ID sent to support@weareso.in
  • Submitted within the 7-day policy window

Important Exclusions

Please keep in mind that:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Flash Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Combo items cannot be returned for cash refunds
  • Second exchange requests on the same order incur a ₹100 fee
  • Items failing hygiene checks will not be accepted
  • Out of stock exchange items will be compensated via store credit
