Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Domestic shipping (India)
Standard shipping is free on all orders across India. Estimated delivery is 3–7 working days from dispatch for metro cities, and up to 10 working days for remote pin codes and the North East.

Hand delivery by founder
Available in Delhi NCR at ₹10,000. Your order is delivered personally by our founder, at a time scheduled directly with you after the order is placed.

International shipping
We ship to 28 countries at a flat rate of ₹1,800. Estimated delivery is 10–21 working days from dispatch. International orders may attract customs duties, taxes and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are payable by the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. Order tracking
A tracking link is sent by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at checkout. We are unable to redirect a shipment once it has been dispatched. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a re-shipping charge.

Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Deliveries may be affected by weather, courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, or other events beyond our control. We will keep you informed if a significant delay occurs.

Undelivered orders
If a courier is unable to deliver after three attempts, the order will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.
