We want you to love what you ordered. If something doesn't fit or feel right, we'll make it easy — one free exchange per order, a clear refund path, and a quick reverse pickup wherever we can.

Orders placed during a Flash Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Orders with 50% or more discount, or B1G1/B2G1 combo deals, are eligible for size exchanges only.
Our exchange policy.
We offer one free exchange per order. Here's how it works.

1-time free exchange
One free size or product exchange per order. Please check our Size Chart carefully before purchasing — we're happy to help if you're unsure.

Second exchange
If you need to exchange again from the same order, a fee of ₹100 applies.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. All activewear goes through a hygiene quality check — items that don't pass will not be accepted.

Stock & store credit
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size is out of stock, we'll issue store credit — no expiry, use it whenever you're ready.

Refunds, what's covered, and what isn't.

Prepaid orders
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. We'll initiate the refund within 48 hours of pickup. It may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account.

What's not refundable
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Flash Sale orders are not eligible for returns. Items at 50% or more discount, or part of B1G1/B2G1 offers, are eligible for size exchanges only.

Unboxing video
If you receive a missing or incorrect item, please record a clear unboxing video while opening your package. This helps us resolve your concern quickly. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

General guidelines
Return and exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Combo offers (B1G1, B2G1) and items at 50%+ discount are eligible for size exchange only, subject to availability.
Reverse pickups.
Once you raise a request, we'll arrange a pickup from your address wherever courier service is available.
Up to 3 attempts within 24–48 hours
We make up to 3 pickup attempts within 24–48 hours of your request. Please ensure someone is available at the pickup address to hand over the package.
Self-ship via India Post
If pickup isn't available at your pin code, please self-ship via India Post. We'll reimburse ₹70 towards shipping once the item passes quality check.
