ESo Return & Exchange Policy
At ESo, we design activewear to move with you through workouts and everyday life. While we ensure strict quality checks before dispatch, we understand that fit or preference may sometimes vary. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and fair.
Exchange Policy

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Only one exchange per order is permitted.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, Store Credit (ESo Gift Card) will be issued.

Products purchased using Store Credit are not eligible for further exchange or return.

Items that do not meet our quality or hygiene standards will be returned to the customer.
Hygiene Policy
Due to the nature of activewear, products showing signs of wear, washing, stretching, sweat marks, deodorant stains, odour, or damage will not be accepted for exchange.
Return Policy

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

All approved returns are issued as Store Credit (ESo Gift Card) only.

Store Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Shipping charges and COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Reverse Pickup & Charges

Reverse pickup will be arranged where courier service is serviceable.

A ₹100 reverse pickup fee will be deducted from the Store Credit.

Pickups are usually scheduled within 1–3 working days after approval.

In non-serviceable areas, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Visit the Return/Exchange Portal on our website.

Enter your Order Number and registered email or phone number.

Select the product, reason for return/exchange, and upload images (mandatory for defective or incorrect items).

Submit your request for review.

Requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours.

Upon approval, reverse pickup is scheduled.

Store Credit is issued within 2–3 working days after the product passes quality check.
Please ensure that only the approved item is handed over during pickup. We recommend taking a photo or video at the time of handover for record purposes.
Non-Returnable & Special Conditions

Orders placed during Flash Sales, Buy 1 Get 1 (B1G1), Buy 2 Get 1 (B2G1) offers, or on discounts of 50% or more are not eligible for returns.

Size exchanges on discounted items may be allowed, subject to availability.

Products failing hygiene or quality checks will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

Customers are advised to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.

Any issues related to missing or incorrect items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Colour Disclaimer
Product colours may vary slightly due to lighting during photography, screen resolution, or device settings. Such variations are not considered defects.
